Using Sardav

Sardav provides tools to generate videos and video advertisements with artificial intelligence. By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully, to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and to keep your credentials secure.

Your content and outputs

You keep your rights in the content you upload. You grant Sardav the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit it to AI providers to deliver the service. Subject to these terms, the policies of the underlying model providers and applicable law, you may use outputs you generate. AI outputs may be imperfect or similar to outputs generated for others; review them before use.

Credits

Generations consume credits. The credit cost is shown before you start. Credits reserved for a generation that fails for technical reasons are returned. Credits are not returned solely because an output does not meet your creative expectations. During early access, credits are granted by Sardav and have no cash value.

Availability

Sardav depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Features, models and quality tiers may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You can stop using Sardav at any time.
